Hydrastone Lining
A seamless one half inch thick lining which has proven to be the most effective method of preventing tank failure.

  • Heat Trap
    Specifically designed hot water outlet pipe placed within the foam insulation to prevent unnecessary heat loss.

    Bronze Fittings
    At all water openings...eliminates corrosion due to dissimilar metals. No dielectric unions.

    Plastic Jacket
    Rust free, light weight all plastic outer jacket. Easy to clean, attractive finish, no maintenance

    Dense Urethane Foam Insulation
    Completely surrounds the tank to significantly reduce heat loss and increase energy savings (R-16 insulation value)

    Cold Water Inlet Diffuser
    Introduces cold water at the bottom of the tank and prevents turbulent mixing with heated; this insures desired layering of hot water through the tank.

    Removable Heat Exchanger
    Conveniently located and simple 8 bolt flange design for ease of installation and service. This superior design allows for periodic cleaning of coil to maintain maximum performance.
